Welcome to Onion Ceramics' shipping policy section. Here, we aim to provide you with transparent information about our shipping methods, packaging, and associated costs. Our goal is to ensure a seamless and reliable delivery experience for your Onion Ceramics products.
Shipping is generally expensive. We can ship most items, and small groupings of timers for $20. If shipping costs wind up being $5 or more less than the quoted rate, the buyer will be reimbursed the difference. We ship from Canada, so expect international rates to be more.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Onion Ceramics, we prioritize your satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy. We want you to shop with confidence and peace of mind, knowing that we stand behind the quality of our handmade pottery, functional ceramics, clothing, art multiples, and books.
NO EXCHANGES NO RETURNS (send an email though and we can figure something out).
